Three functions in one include:
Cranio-Electro Stimulation (CES) for calming the brain and to assist sleep quality;
You can add Microcurrent Therapy (MET) – an advance on the TENS machine. The MET is used for alleviating pain;
If you are working in a professional health field, you can also add Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS). Electrodes placed over the cortex with 1 to 2 milliamps of charge only, can either excite (when anode is placed strategically) or inhibit (when the cathode is placed strategically) neuronal activity. tDCS is used to assist in many conditions including depression, anxiety, stroke, memory, and more.
