BAUD Sound Therapy
The BAUD does this by first ‘tuning in’ to the frequency of the problematic behaviour. The sonic frequency is then adjusted until the associated feelings are at their peak. To begin to overcome these negative emotions and feelings, a new frequency that is relaxing is introduced.
How the BAUD Works
The BAUD does this by first ‘tuning in’ to the frequency of the problematic behaviour. The sonic frequency is then adjusted until the associated feelings are at their peak. These feelings may be associated with conditions such as:
Trauma
Depression
Anxiety
Phobias
Addiction
Chronic Pain
To begin to overcome these negative emotions and feelings, a new frequency that is relaxing is introduced. The new frequency needs to be calming and relaxing. These frequencies are produced at the same time to help the brain replace old patterns associated with negative feelings with new, relaxing, calming and positive emotions.
As the brain can not experience positive and negative emotions simultaneously, it will learn to favor the relaxing over the stressful feedback. Consequently, old brain patterns are disrupted and discouraged while new and more beneficial brain patterns are reinforced and eventually replaced. Through this process, you will learn to regulate your feelings and emotions to cope with stress and improve your overall wellbeing.
